This position will be a collaborative member of the Commercial Team responsible for assisting in commercial strategy definition and leading overall business development (BD) activities. The selected individual will be responsible for working with the Executive Team and other key stakeholders to define various revenue and cost models across our full product suite, be a key commercial contributor to our product roadmap, and be responsible for creating, maintaining, and participating in our BD pipeline of activities across all lines of business, industries, and products. This position will report to the Vice President of Product Development.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with an ability to create/define processes, models, and reference documents/materials for others to use
  • Comfort and ability to excel while interfacing directly with senior Commercial and Public sector leaders
  • Experience doing lead generation across multiple industry verticals
  • Ability to research, create, and maintain complex financial models – evaluating different pricing/cost models including licensing, pay-per-use, subscriptions, SaaS, and others
  • Conduct research and analysis and synthesize into Executive-level presentations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance, Engineering, or related
  • 5-10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional levels of energy, character, integrity

Desired: 

  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Software sales experience
  • Prior knowledge of networking software and hardware technologies
  • Working knowledge of basic crypto currency / blockchain concepts
