The individual hired into this position will be a collaborative member of the Corporate Administrative team responsible for managing the Company’s licensing and foreign jurisdiction compliance, drafting corporate communications and maintaining corporate records, coordinating management across multiple office locations, and assisting the Legal Department with all aspects of the Company’s legal affairs, including document review, drafting and filing, legal correspondence and calendaring, legal research and analysis, and upkeep of Company securities databases. The individual selected for this position would also be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to other members of the Executive Team at the direction of, and will report to, the Company’s General Counsel.


  • Coordinate the Company’s licensing applications, reporting and renewals with relevant state authorities
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding operational requirements in multiple jurisdictions
  • Maintain corporate records and develop record-keeping systems that balance ease of access with appropriate levels of security
  • Engage in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other administrative personnel to ensure alignment and coordination of effort across departments
  • Research and digest judicial authority and regulatory guidelines, develop detailed assessments of statutory materials, and communicate effectively regarding legal and administrative compliance matters
  • Analyze contracts, agreements and similar commercial project or partnership documentation
  • Organize and track non-disclosure agreements, patent and trademark applications, employee documentation and employment policy developments
  • Manage filing calendars and multiple project timelines
  • Interface with outside counsel and corporate service providers to ensure timely execution of delegated tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2+ years of office management and/or legal administrative experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex tasks involving diverse objectives and subject matters
  • Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of general corporate law principles and structure, the essentials of contract law and commercial agreements, and familiarity with administrative and civil procedure
  • Deep appreciation for the importance of confidentiality, privilege, and discretion
  • Ability to work well with other team members and independently
  • Exceptional levels of energy, character, integrity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe DC, and related productivity software


  • Three to five years of relevant experience
  • Experience with macOS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Business Administration, or related fields. A Paralegal Degree or Certificate may represent an alternative desired educational background when combined with relevant experience
