We are seeking a professional individual who will serve as an IT Director, to manage internal and cloud networks. This person will report to the CTO.


  • Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff
  • Develop strategy as it relates to the organization’s IT infrastructure (computer and information  systems, security, communication systems)
  • Develop, manage, and track the IT department’s annual budget
  • Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and  technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
  • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance 
  • Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems 
  • Provide direction, guidance, training and IT policies for the company
  • MDM, Apple Manager, MS 365, AWS, Atlassian and CI/CD support and management 
  • Mac and cloud support to local and remote workers covering multiple offices and teleworkers 
  • Configure and support physical or cloud servers for continuous build integration and secure  remote access
  • Research, document, prioritize, implement and communicate technical requirements effectively  with the team
  • Developing tools and integrating software to increase build efficiencies
  • Must have great organization, project management, communication and troubleshooting skills

Must Have:

  • 4 Years of experience as a director or system administrator in a tech company implementing continuous integration and employing Mac (If you haven’t please don’t apply)
  • 8 Years of experience implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Mac and Linux8 years of experience implementing, writing, upholding IT policies including following latest U.S data compliance regulations
  • Apple Business manager experience (or similar MDM platforms)
  • Data Center Experience e.g. Rack & Stack including power distribution systems
  • Experience in configuration management and automation efforts with technical troubleshooting and performance tuning experience.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts (Subnets, VLANs, Jumbo Frames, LACP, NIC Teaming, Unicast/Broadcast/Multicast, ACLs, DNS, DHCP, SSH, etc
  • Experience managing public cloud deployments (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS 365 & Azure).
  • Scripting experience in writing/modifying code to improve monitoring and automation (e.g., Python, Go, Perl, Shell, etc.).
  • Basic TCP/IP knowledge and troubleshooting
  • Multi-talented in installing, supporting, and troubleshooting wide range of low voltage products
  • OSI troubleshooting knowledge and ability to apply to real world applications
  • Working knowledge of next gen firewalls i.e. PF Sense, USG, WatchGuard, Cisco, Sonic Wall
  • Extensive knowledge of VPNs (Virtual Private Network), VLANs and subnetworks
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS VPC networking and security, IAM and security groups
  • Extensive knowledge of Office 365 and Azure as a global administrator
  • Experience with Atlassian products i.e. Jira Core, Jira Software, Trello, Confluence, Jira helpdesk
  • Experience with Wi-Fi networks and/or adhoc or enterprise level Wi-Fi security
  • Root cause analysis and reporting of failures and failovers to improve processes and systems


  • A powerful desire for learning innovative technologies, ability to self-start, and impressive problem-solving skills
  • Experience with load management, aggregation, and port allocation
  • Candidate should be willing and able to manage and take part in projects performing comprehensive systems analysis to design and develop new systems and enhancements through consulting, conferring, and coordinating activities with staff, outside agencies, and vendors to resolve program, system, and operational problems.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Information Systems, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
