We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager with expertise in LMS implementation as well as implementing, providing, and coordinating training for various corporate needs such as employee development programs, regulatory compliance, human resources, safety, technical expertise, and supervisory leadership skills. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position will be a member of the Wind Talker Innovations Human Resources team reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
