We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain for the field operations of our company. This position will coordinate procurement of equipment, personnel and processes to achieve the most effective use of resources in the field. They also must be well-versed in supply management principles and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have great multi-tasking abilities and can demonstrate strong record keeping skills. Individual selected for this position will work with various engineering disciplines, business development, and leadership to derive product requirements and production timelines.


  • Review/confirm equipment needed per site/project
  • Build BOM (antennas, radios, fiber jumpers, etc.) to aid Business Development team
  • Resolve equipment shortfalls
  • Understand/plan/coordinate power requirements for installed equipment
  • Order all indoor and outdoor wireless infrastructure equipment based on BOM supplied by design team
  • Request PO’s to be issued to vendors for equipment orders
  • Manage equipment vendors and address equipment shortfalls
  • Forecast financial capital and expense – quarterly equipment orders (shipping, receiving, release dates for project planning)
  • Manage RMA’s for defective/excess equipment
  • Manage project milestones and supply daily updates of project phases
  • Address punch-list items with field install team members
  • Work with engineers to install equipment on tower locations
  • Forecasted project timelines and financials (gap analysis) for quarterly budgets
  • Requested quotes from vendors (RFQ) and managed PO’s (request, issue invoices
  • Track PO’s issued and equipment orders
  • Coordinate for contracted tower work
  • Request quotes from vendors (RFQ) and manage PO’s
  • Research jurisdictions for potential light pole small cell installs
  • Submitted MLA partner applications for equipment removal and install
  • Informed landlords of construction timelines and negotiated extensions
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Ensure premises, assets and communication methods are used effectively
  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of components and equipment to ensure needs are met
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Keep logs and records of stock, executed orders etc.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Interact with business development, customers, and engineers from various disciplines (hardware, software, test, RF, etc.) to develop requirements, cost estimates, timeline, and production plans.
  • Track product development efforts and provide progress and status information to project management and senior leadership; identify and address production risks and issues.

Must Have:

  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
