This position will be a collaborative member of the Marketing team responsible for assisting in sales and marketing management by helping to craft marketing materials and facilitate both internal and external communications. Selected individual would also be responsible for coordinating efforts related to branding, public relations and social media, and will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations.


  • Coordinate the design of promotional materials
  • Advertise company and products/services on various media
  • Manage online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness
  • Distribute promotional material, respond to customer queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing events
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to fully understand product and communication needs
  • Gather materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes materials to determine the most effective communications technique
  • Based on assessments, draft and propose communications campaigns; manage associated social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia
  • Present design ideas and recommendations to marketing, executive, and sales teams
  • Create and coordinate multimedia packages
  • Assists with finalizing speeches
  • Schedules and develops filming scripts and production
  • Perform forensics of campaigns when completed
  • Attend trade shows and other events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of marketing, communications or public relations experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in easy-to-understand language
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategy
  • Excellent project management skills Ability to work well with other team members and independently
  • Exceptional levels of energy, character, integrity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software


  • Three to seven years of relevant experience
  • Experience with macOS


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
