We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to build and execute sourcing strategies, in order to identify and attract diverse candidates for our technical teams. This position will act as a Talent Advisor to Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers. You will engage with prospective candidates to better understand their experiences, interests and motivations. You will measure the impact of sourcing methods in a rigorous, data-driven manner to drive recruiting process improvements.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent
  • Perform Boolean searches, and utilize recruiting tools to identify passive candidates
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, analyze requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Manager, HR team and Hiring Managers on simultaneous, complex, high-priority searches, establishing deep understanding of role requirements, function, and preferred processes
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
  • Lead and collaborate across functions on projects and initiatives related to improving sourcing while scaling the interview process
  • Execute a seamless candidate workflow from initial scheduling, debriefing, and through background checks with a strong sense of urgency
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems

Must Have:

  • 2+ years technical sourcing experience
  • Consultative and interpersonal experience with communicating across all levels of the organization internally and externally
  • Experience in picking up roles spanning both business & technology as the needs of the organization shift
  • Experience independently partnering with leadership and driving sourcing initiatives
  • Technology and industry knowledge with experience understanding similar technical skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities
